LeoFilter Press XH1000 Overhead Beam Filter Press Operation and WorkingInstructions
1.Filter Press beam is overhead installed,filter press plate shifting system is installedinside the overhead beam
2.Filter press plates are hung up on the overhead beam when working,all thefilter press plates will side along the overhead beam by mechanism drivingsystem,all the filter press operation are controlled automatically
3.Filter press machine structure designed in a triangle frame construction,steady stress, and dependable working performance
4.Full Automatic filter cloth cleaning system, equipped high pressure nozzlesbetween brushes, all the filter press cloths will be cleaned and washed automatically.
5.The whole filter press system will be controlled by the filter press PLC controllingsystem, easy operation and high working efficiency.
6.Anti-corrosion structure surface treatment according to different filteringmaterials for different industries.
7.Different filter press plates can be choosen:full chamber recessed filterplate, membrane chamber filter plates/Membrane squeezing pressure can reach2.0Mpa,drier filter cakes after membrane drying system
8.Special filter press system available: cake chute, hydraulic cake collector,filter cake belt conveyor, filter cake screw conveyor etc. are available
