The main difference for membrane filter press and normal chamber filter press Is the membrane filter press have membrane filter plate which covered both sides by elastic membrane sheet,during membrane squeezing,the high pressure squeezing media will inlet to the membrane filter plate, the membrane sheet will be inflated to change the chamber volume,the filter cake will be squeezed at the same time,this membrane squeezing is the further dewatering of the filter cake, this operation increase filter press working efficiency.Compare with the traditional chamber filter press, the filter cake solid content increased twice times, less cost for filter cake transportation,all the dried filter cake also can be used again.
