Preparation before Filter Press Operation
1.filter press plate quantity,don’t run the filter press with less filter press plates
2.check filter press plates arrangement, all the filter press plate surface should be clean and flat
3.check filter cloth surface and holes
4.check all the filter plate channel, no choking
5.check filter press hydraulic system, especially the pressure gauge,guarantee the pressure gauge in good condition
6.clean filter press cloth frequently, guarantee filter cloth filtering ability,dirty filter cloth will decrease filtering efficiency and filtering part service time.
