1.check the washing pump frequently guarantee its in good working condition,
2.check the anchor bolt, guarantee its fastness
3.guarantee there is enough lube oil for the sludge tank mixer and flocculent tank mixer motors
4.the air compressor and filter cake belt conveyor lubrication condition,release water of the air compressor air tank everyday
5.check all the limit switch and electromagnetic valve on the filter press
