Small Filter Press Closed by Manual Hydraulic System from Leo Filter Press

Manual filter press is also a batch type pressure filtering equipment, can be used for different suspension solid liquid separation, widely used in different industries and get high remarks for its filtering result. Manual filter press normally in small size can be used small capacity filtering projects.
The filter press consists from three parts mainly: filter press frame, filtering parts and closing system. When start filter press operation, all the filter press filtering parts will be closed by the filter press hydraulic system, this will guarantee the pressured suspension will be filtered under pressure, when all the filtering parts between two ends are closed the filter press feeding pump will start to work. The filtering parts consists of filter plate and the filter cloth between the filter plates, all the filter press plates arranged on the side bars one by one and formed all the filtering chambers.
